account lost

I was playing my favorite title when suddenly the game would become extremely laggy, like 0.05/FPS so i decide to use my computers reset switch.. when im back to os and start maniaplanet, im confused, the profile i was online with is simply gone.. so i try to login, after trying to login and it didnt work i used request password function and it told me email sent, twice. so far i haven't recieved any emails to the email adress used in the request form and when i try to login it tells me i have no internet.. dafuq is wrong here? I need to break some more wr's
