The windows in the skyboxes (on stadium) flicker like crazy, as in they appear, disappear and reappear continuously. It's like strobes all around. This only happens with the window in the skybox textures, but all of them (small, big etc). Anyone got any idea how to fix this? I cant find anything on the subject.

Is that texture from a mod or is it a default texture?

which windows, in the skybox?

skybox means what?
the sphere around the stadium´?

or the glass window outside buildingzone?
if its this you use a custom mod and the specular map is fucked up lol, mipmaps are also the problem if they are missing

It's just default.

By skyboxes I mean those things that look like the fancy seats in a stadium. They have 'windows' in front on them that flicker... There or some on poles, and some longer ones just on the side of the road as decoration.

Are your graphic drivers up-to-date? Are the settings appropriate?

IIRC, a lot of weird stuff arise from outdated drivers and/or faulty settings

My pc is not the problem, driver are all up to date. Regarding the settings of trackmania, I don't know. That was what I was hoping to find out. I haven't tried all combinations of all video settings yet. It's pretty much all on max now, except for the blur and bloom etc.

The following things you could try:
- Clean the cache of the game
- delete the configuration file Default.SystemConfig.Gbx

In worst case nothing helps, also delete the folder GpuCache_D3D9 in C:\ProgramData\Maniaplanet
(you can do a backup, but the content will be created again automatically).

Clearing the cache resulted in a different bug for a little while but now its back to "normal". I got to talking with some people in a server about it and they said it was just an AMD thing Id have to live with...
