I'm new, please can someone help?

Hello everyone. I just downloaded this game. I am fairly very new to TrackMania. I got TrackMania 2 stadium for now.

Now I am a totally casual racing player, and the main reason I downloaded this game was because I wanted a nice split-screen racing game to play with my friends. However, I don't really plan on touching the multiplayer quite ever. (Sorry if that triggers anyone), but multiplayer in racing games is just not my thing.

I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me find out how to get those neon looking tracks with glass surface type of roads. You know.. those sci-fi futuristic looking tracks? I saw them on youtube and that was what captivated me into buying this game.

Also how do I unlock/download cars?

If anyone could help me out with this, I would be VERY thankful!

Thank you in advance :)

Hi Murk and welcome to ManiaPlanet  . The stuff that map makers use to create the type of track you mention is found on ManiaPark, under the 'Mods Showroom' section. Cars made by players are under the '2D and 3D Models Showroom' section.
http://www.maniapark.com .
The home page gives you some of the most recent creations in each area.

There's also a nice list of useful links in this forum: https://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic ... 29&start=0 .

Cheers and hope you enjoy your time in this game. ;) :pil

And if you know, which Mod is used, you may find some maps here: https://tm.mania-exchange.com/

You should give it a try, because that's what this game is made for. :thx:
