So uh, why make maps for this?

No single player.
No bots.
If your map doesn't get hosted on a server, it is literally useless. Better make friends with a server admin or you're wasting your time.

This removes a large part of the appeal of the -mania series. At least when you make a track and nobody downloads it you can race it yourself.

Wow. Aren't -you- a negative Ned tonight? Go get some sleep. Things will look better in the morning.

So uh, why make maps for this?
1- So you can help beta test the game by testing the editor and reporting bugs
2- So that when the game is released you'll have some maps ready (if they're compatible with the actual game, but they should be).

Even if your TM tracks do not get played online, you can play them yourself or publish them on TMX for the world to download. This element is missing in Shootmania: there are no bots, so if your map is not on a server it cannot be played.

I may be a "negative Ned" but the game may need something like a built-in PPO. 8-) Or bots.

Yes, this is a thread asking for a built-in PPO or bots. :D
