Shootmania on Uplay

I've bought the game on Uplay and I can't access to the full mode, It keep saying me that I'm using the trial version "Demo mode"

Did you restart both the game and Uplay?

Do you have already other games in Uplay and are they working fine? If not, your antivirus or firewall has most probably blocked Uplay and / or Shootmania, which prevented a proper registration of the game key.
Therefore please check your security software settings and unblock Uplay and also ShootMania.

If this is all not the case, please contact the Ubisoft support.

I have the game registered in Uplay, but when I install and play it, it asks for an account in Maniaplanet. I had one already, created a long time ago, I connect to that account and I do not see the game activated. I think the problem is that the two accounts are not connected between them or something I'm not doing well :l

You cannot merge 2 Maniaplanet accounts.
Did you create a new Maniaplanet account by error after purchase in Uplay?

If not, then please contact the Ubisoft support.

This may be a dumb question, but did you receive an email containing the key and did you activate the game with it?

Hey!
I had the same problem with turbo. Used the trial-version on uplay and bought the full one at crazy wednesday. It always told me that i use the trial. My solution was deinstalling the trial and download and installing new.
