[TM2C][MP4] Small Flickering Texture GP Checkpoint

This has been bothering me for a long time, and it's still here after the update 
It can be found on both flat GP checkpoints.

That little texture I put in a red square is flickering in-game and it looks pretty bad in some situations.
Not gamebreaking though, it's worth pointing out^^
