As of this mid day I get this
http://prntscr.com/f8f4f5 seems to be random had it twice today

here with a better explanation and some more log info

ps.: i dont wanna troll your post... it's an ugly and annoying issue that should be fixed...

np man it seems like they had some issues with all the mp4 services today for now it is working again

it will happen again at random
