What is the best bit rate setting for TM2 Videos?

I'm trying different settings of bitrate, but I can't find the perfect one that I see in other TM2 videos which looks incredibly clean, for example here is a Valley video I uploaded for testing, it uses 20 million as the bitrate

I tried adding even more but it turned out worse (I think)

I basicly just want to be able to render a video without being blurry or pixelated in some areas, what are your rendering settings? I use Sony Vegas HD 12.
