Error while starting - Cannot redeclare class Toffe

When I'm staring the controller, than there is still this Error:

[PHP COMPILE ERROR]: Cannot redeclare class Toffe\SpecialWelcome
File&Line: /home/tmserver/servers/mp_01316/maniacontrol/plugins/Toffe/SpecialWelcome.php: 20

What could I do?

It worked. Thanks a lot. Now I'm seraching for plugins...
