[MP4][AllEnv] Local Play: Personal Best doesn't update when racing against

Playing offline and hunting a track, it's most fun to constantly try and beat your current best run. Sadly, in MP4 the run you drive against doesn't automatically update to your new record. Every time you beat your record, you have to manually select Personal Best again. I think it would be preferable to set it automatically against your current record and maybe make it possible to select ReplayX if I want to drive against a specific run.
