May I have reassurance?

I tried sending this in private message form to Hylis, but since he isn't responding, I'm going to go ahead and post it here.
I want to apologize if my recent behavior in the forums appeared to be in bad spirit, and if it seemed like I was trying to tear down the game and its community rather than build it up. I failed to communicate my concerns properly. I mean it when I say I love TrackMania. I'd even go so far as to say that it has saved my life on multiple occasions. I want to remain a loyal TrackManiac to the end.
I want to be clear that what I seek is not to breed doubt and uncertainty. What I seek is reassurance that what Nadeo does is for the betterment of themselves, the games they make, and their community. I seek reassurance that they work everyday to build a positive, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationship with their community.
I eagerly await responses.
