After a long pause I've returned to Trackmania 2, now that Lagoon has been integrated.

I would really like to create a Platform Title Pack for Lagoon.

I found this thread with Platform Mode scripts from the year 2013.
Unfortunately if I try to integrate them into the game they throw compilation errors because of deprecated functions.

Is there any current version of a working Platform Mode that I can use as a base?

At the moment, other things have more priority. The platform mode might be updated sometimes later, but there is no clear indication at the moment
