Hello,

I cannot login to Maniaplanet via Steam. I installed the Lagoon Demo today.

It welcomes me, then asks to login, then says I am not connected to the internet, which I am. When I try to relogin, it says "Wrong username or password". When I try "Forgot Password" option, it says my e-mail could not be used.

When I log in offline, all Maniaplanet windows are empty, no content.

I own TM2 Stadium, Canyon and Valley (and the Lagoon demo).

My Steam and game login is ohei2. I would appreciate if you could help me.

Why the demo is not working on Steam, I don't know, both the demo and the issues seem to be new.

Anyways, if you already own all TM² games, then I would recommend you to use the standalone version of Maniaplanet.

Standalone version of maniaplanet does not work with steam keys.

Can you open this page in your web browser http://init.v04.maniaplanet.com ? You should get "Forbidden"

Isn't that wrong?
Once the keys are assigned to the Maniaplanet account, the games should work anywhere.

Possibly one has to contact the Ubisoft support to enforce the transfer of the known keys.

However, things have changed with MP4, only Nadeo can tell the current state.

I think I know what the problem was. When I had the Lagoon Demo installed my old password was not good for the new(?) password checks. When I reentered it, I had a message telling me something like that that would not be a valid password. I think it's too short or some.

I uninstalled the Lagoon Demo and today I could login by reentering my password. Maniaplanet was still empty and when I (re-)"installed" Valley, I got the message "That title is already in a station" or some like that. After a Maniaplanet update and a compulsory update for Valley all seem to work fine now.

Have not tried Canyon and Stadium yet though since they also demand compulsory updates.
