i remember one of the shootmania games(i think siege)was f2p. Now what do i do?

You can only play for free on channels.

Is there any way to gain planets with this?

Nope. You usually can not earn planets by playing these games.

If you are playing an official Trackmania title with a full license, you can earn planets by reaching each 1000 LP benchmark for the first time. If you reach those benchmarks on a demo license, any planets you would have earned are held until you upgrade to a full license.

You neither can earn planets nor use planets with a demo account

And to be honest planets are useless for both free demo players and full game players ^^ (unless you wanna make a server)
