When I get killed in Royal and want to spectate a special person, I could just press the spectate symbol on the scorebord.
Nowadays with MP4, the game asks you to wether you want to switch to Spectator (No, I don't want to, I want to play! ). So the only possibilty to spectate somebody is to use the NUM-Keys, which are obviously limited to six random persons.

I believe this is also happening at other gamemodes like Siege.

I want to bump this topic, because its still present in royal, siege and other gamemodes where you spec other players after you got eleminated and waiting for next round.
