Hello all, I am having trouble hosting an online match with friends, i would use the dedicated server, but i cannot find a good english tutorial, and the WIKI is missing ALOT of small steps that i cant seem to figure out.

Back in Maniaplanet 3, we were able to host a LAN game all from ingame and play that way ( we just want to play campaign nadeo tracks together), but now with MP4 the server seems to give script errors when trying to host, or the camera is stuck in the sky? if that makes any sense..

I just yesterday set up a dedicated server myself (on my own pc) after not playing for over a year and therefore my knowledge was pretty outdated.

I followed this tutorial: http://doc.maniaplanet.com/dedicated-server/basic.html which is for MP4 and it worked out very good.

Furthermore I was also able to add UASECO to the server, following this tutorial: https://www.uaseco.org/documentation/installation.php. UASECO allows you to save local records, dedimania, server rank and way more.

If you have any questions or can't get the dedicated server to work, feel free to ask.
