TM Turbo Stadium Germany Skin

Could anyone provide me a download link for the Germany Skin , so I can use it in TM2?
The is no "the" Germany skin. You can however find the game's files, where the painter layers are located.
If you're using Windows, right-click on Steam/Uplay shortcut and click "open file location". The files should be at:
Uplay: "Ubisoft Game Launcher/games/Trackmania Turbo"
Steam: "Steam/SteamApps/Common/TrackmaniaTurbo"
The car skins will be at: Packs/Trackmania_PainterCE_512.zip/Media/Painter/LayersGen
The files are in .webp format. You can use http://www.aconvert.com/image/webp-to-dds/ to convert to .dds format.
