Replay Editor: Wrong Depht Of Field

Hey everybody,
i have a little problem. I'm working on a Video, and used depth of field as an effect. The problem is, when i render it, it looks completely different. For some reason, another replay with the exact same effetcs chain works just fine. Does anybody know, what's causing the problem?
