we cant select mods by creating new maps, need fix.
if we change mod of a existing map with ctrl load, we cant change, well i mean USE the dynamic daylight function ...
for example: RPG_Arena_v1 is the mod i selected, not the dynamic daylight dont work anymore if it exist before, and i can not change the daytime static, or use dynamic, it jumps alsoway to 0
also the dynamic daylight bar doesnt disapper if we press the button, only work on normal maps without any changed stuff

This is a big problem
