[MP4][TM2S]Lugs after changing videocard

REcently i have been changed my videocard.OLd videocard is msi gt 720 1gb ddr3. Now it's a gainward 650 ti 1gb gddr5 and game is lagging.My FPS 21-23 at a guess on old and any settings that i tried to lanch the game.Please save me. My mother dont take money on other videocard. I even on this viveocard begging my mother very long but on other begging will be failed 100%.I begging you please.
