TM2: Lagoon, no Key, not working

I bought yesterday the game TM2: Lagoon on UBI-soft. But after paying, no download options (not needed, I played demo, so game is installed).
But I also get no access. I received no game Key, nothing. I phoned UBI soft but they refered to maniaplanet.

How do I get access? Or how do I get my money back :(
My login name is the same as here (habell).

But they refer to maniaplanet. So no game.
