I am unable to buy this game - have been trying over 1 week now. I have been through the email support and they were unhelpful.

But through Steam - it is fine.

Please can you help?!

What did the support say when you contacted it? There is sth like "Restricted Country" on your screenshot, maybe it's a problem with your credit card itself?

Hi,

I am using a USD prepaid VISA card from a USA IP address.

It can't be a problem with the card itself as I can make a purchase from Steam as you can see in the middle of the transactions.

just tried it i get: Payment Authorization Failed

however it does not appear in transaction history on card site.

I think it's a problem with your credit card. Maybe ask to one friend to buy you the game and you pay it back after.

I have already asked a friend but they got a payment declined too. Thanks for your replies - I hope it can be resolved soon.

Maybe you can try to create a PayPal account. There you also can register your Credit Card, so that they will pay the money for you and that you only have to do the transaction to PayPal, not to Gamesplanet. That could work, even if its just a dumb workaround :s

OK I managed to borrow another card and it worked fine. Still no idea why the first card didn't work. But anyway thanks for all your help.
