Custom camera option

I just wanted to ask if there's possibilty to change camera, because I've seen in in some videos. I want to edit cam1.

I have this:


I would like to move the camera to this position:


I am testing camera custom feature in mediatracker but the camera is fixed and it's following car with same angle (when you're flipped the cam is under a surface)
I've also found scripted camera option in mediatracker. Should I use it? How?
