I cannot tell more... It happens every minutes, the game makes me being stuck and i try to move i see my player trying to move but being stuck... And my rockets shoots and doesn't shoot at the same time... This is a video showing it :

Did you try to restart the game and to join another server?
And did you try to put default inputs?

It really looks like you are lagging to me.
