Hey,
Maniaplanet tells me "Corrupted installation. Please reinstall the game."

I reinstalled, but it shows the exact same thing. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately it didnt fix the issue.
The link contains almost the complete installation, only the latest updates are not in it.
And those updates probably have a problem.
You stil can try it though and perhaps i should just post the link here, for others to try it out:

This error indicates that the game has crashed during initialization. Can you check for a crash log file in your game directory? (Should be somewhere here: C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\ManiaPlanet\, typically called a "LogCrash".) If you don't see any, please try the logs build too.

I found the LogCrash folder with crashlogs, but the newest one is from 2016
