is there anyway to install stadium game without admin rights?
my father forgot the password he used on my pc and i dont wanna wait till he remembers it / change it.

You can't install ManiaPlanet without providing administrator rights. Only the "frozen" install of old ManiaPlanet 3 can be run as portable program. What you might be interested in is recovering your administrator account password.

If that doesn't help, try removing password using one of available live CD programs designed for such purpose. Just search for "Windows password recovery".
