Hello, i have a question about the terms and conditions on the gamesplanet website, where Trackmania 2 is available for purchase. Specifically this area of the T&C's:

The distribution of non‐authorized copies to third parties over the internet or any other network prevents the development of distribution by download and prevents the right holders from any remuneration which would be used for the creation of subsequent Games. In order to prevent fraud, the Customer may only install the Games on a limited number of machines (and reinstall a limited number of times) and/or, (depending on the Game), will have to create an account directly on the Publisher’s site or any third party selected by said Publisher to launch or access dedicated features from the Game.

Does Trackmania 2 make use of limited activations, or does it only use the third party account method mentioned above? I am confused about this as it is described as "and/or", rather than being a more specific description.

It also mentions that this is on a per-game basis, so i thought it would be best to make a post here about it so that i can find out directly from the developers. Currently this is the only thing stopping me from purchasing the game.

You can install the game on several PC without problems. The only limit is one key on one account and a account can be connected on one PC in the same time.
