Lost playerkey -> validation code generation

Hey guys!
because my account is pretty old, I unfortunately lost my playerkey + E-Mail to it. As you need a validation code, which I don't have, I do need my playerkey back or need a new one. I already wrote to Ubisoft Support, 4 weeks ago, no answer.
I just thought about, if I buy Canyon (non-Steam), do I get a key, which I can use for generating a new validation code? I need this to be answered, because I don't want to waste 20 euroes. Thanks.
Or any other solutions for this problem?

If you bought the game through Ubisoft, I guess you should try contacting them one more time:

If you bought it through the NADEO (Maniaplanet e-shop team) site, you could try sending your request, including your Player Name (
login) and the
email address you used at the time of purchase, to:
support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com.
If Nexway, try: ( Maniaplanet/Nexway Customer Care)

Thanks, so far. I pm'd Alinoa for the Ubisoft ticket. Also, if that won't work, I will probably write to the maniaplanet support@gamesplanet, 'cause I bought it through Nadeo.

Nowadays the Maniaplanet store is done by Nexway.
The best is now to wait for an answer from Alinoa, since "spamming" various support hotlines would only increase their overload.

For recovering keys, you have two options:
-either contacting the customers service of the shop where you bought the game
-either contacting the Ubisoft support:
