Extracting Track from TM2 Replay

I've been converting tracks from MP3 to MP4 and came across one that won't load at all.
Is there a good method for Extracting the Map from a MP3 version Canyon Replay?

BTW: I have tried the program "ReplayToChallenge" with no avail. I assume it is way outdated.

Was there an error message?
Normally maps should load, except if they heavily make use of items or mixmapping.
You should ask the creator to update it. E.g. use MP3 version to remove the stuff that prevents the loading in MP4.
On the other hand there are several maps available.

I posted almost the exact same message a while back. (while converting MP3 tracks to MP4)
If I remember right I had to place "ReplayToChallenge"
in the folder with the replay in it, then drag and drop the replay file onto "ReplayToChallenge".
I'm not positive, but I think that was how I eventually got it to work. Give it a try and let us know if that worked if you would.
Seems like the instructions were not the most clear.
