Please include MP3 support

As of January 1st, 2018, the MP3 patents have expired worldwide, meaning it is no longer necessary to acquire any license to implement the loading, playback, or conversion into and from MP3 format, no matter the purpose for which it is done.
Currently, ManiaPlanet requires music in OGG Vorbis format, which it then converts into MUX files.
Could you please implement the possibility to either:
1. Use MP3 files as music/sound files
2. Import MP3 files (for the conversion to MUX files)
