Speedometer Mods?

I went on a server once that replaced the speedometer with an analog one, which even showed gearing and stuff. Of course, Google doesn't want to cooperate when I try to look it up. Any way I can get a Speedometer mod for my singleplayer?
And will it depend on the TitlePack? I have Stadium, Lagoon, Valley, Canyon, but I use MrSloppi's Titlepack (because it allows you to use different environment handling on different environments, i.e. CanyonCar handling in Lagoon) if that helps.
