Hello folks,
I recently started playing TM again. I tried to make a custom skin on the base TM2 Stadium car but for some reason the paint is very shiny in the game and you can barely notice the different colors. I used Photoshop with the Nvidia plugin and saved it in DXT5, specifcally with the following settings:

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

You may have already thought of this but...
Kinda sounds like the alpha channel might be all white?
Did you create or change the alpha channel for the DDS?
