Low Gravity Script Working in ManiaPlanet4!

Hello guys!
As I have seen on discord that some of you had some troubles with creating a low gravity gamemode, I decided to help you
In MP3 it was easy make it, now nadeo changed the scripts - also the timeattack.script.txt, so extension of the new timeattack.script.txt doesn't work. I fixed these scripts and make it easy for you to play it now, after MP4 update.

Doesn't work on maker titles.
