Have some problems since the update

Hello, since the update of MP 4.1, I can't modify the death zone (she keeps the same value as analog sensitivity). We can't unbind keys too and the option for unbinding all keys doesn't work aswell (at least, it works but it doesn't refresh instant, you have to do something else to refresh it).
Some keys from the keyboard aren't working like Q D and Space bar...
The wheels on skins are weird tho and there are some bugs on grass.
Please, just stop updating the game if it's for getting it worse than it was before. Thanks.
