Small note the map itself is a multilap one. (In the ugcerrorlog file there are some missing multilap icons or something.)

I just tried it and it goes into fullscreen mode and I was stuck for 5 minutes on the black screen. Even ctrl+alt+delete didnt help cuz nothing showed up.
Edit: Tried second and third time. Still the same. Goes fullscreen mode -> black screen and freezes/crashes afterwards.

Have you tried without Openplanet? (Just rename Openplanet.dll to _Openplanet.dll before starting the game, if you rename it back, Openplanet will work again.)

For what it's worth, I haven't had any issues like this while using Openplanet.

Please try again the download, it is working fine for me at the moment.

Okay I've downloaded it, runed it and it's still crashing while loading the map. I updated first post with the link to the 4 files created by log program.

I just did the whole game reinstallation. Still crashes while launching same map.
