Fps drops and Stuttering after update

Hello everyone. After update i have some randomly fps drops in Valley... From 144 to 129 and it cause stuttering. Never before, always stable 144. Anyone?

So i reinstalled nvidia drivers, the whole maniaplanet program and i will see in the evening but nadeo could answer to this post. Is it a bug? Always playing with stable 144fps. After update its stutter. Nothing change in options.

Is it possible to stutter when you drive into woods on camera 1 and on camera 2 exactly the same spot is super smooth? The closer to the car camera is stuttery but the second camera behind the car is great stable 144fps? Im playin right now and i see this is happen to me.
