[Bug + Solution] Stadium and TMUF vehicle archetypes not affected by AccelCoef or ControlCoef (and possible solution!)

This already has been an existing bug, but has now shown itself with the new TMUF car archetypes, and I (only now, what have I been doing???) decided to bring this up. In the image below, a configured vehicle with SnowCar archetype is visible, with AccelCoef, ControlCoef and GravityCoef values.

However, in-game the vehicle is only affected by the GravityCoef value.
Directly fixing this issue may cause problems, so I propose this part of the solution: a new hidden value. It would load a certain value depending on how the vehicle was loaded:

- When loaded and value doesn't exist: init as 0, and set AccelCoef and ControlCoef to 1, only with TMUF and Stadium archetype
- When created: init as 1
- When saved: set to 1
