In this picture, you can see two variants of a single block, 6-3-7.



I was pretty surprised to find that the cliff variant exists, I came across that one while placing the block in the editor. It's been a while since I've seen such an intuitive block and I wanted to ask, are there perhaps more blocks in Stadium (or maybe Canyon) that work in a similar way, changing based on what terrain they're placed on?

Many blocks are available in different variants.
For example, they change when you connect them to other blocks.
Then there are variants that change depending on the ground, like the example you gave.
Blocks, like Stadium 8-2-3, change depending on whether you place them in the ground or in the air.
And then there are blocks whose variant is chosen randomly when you place them (Stadium 6-1-3) or whose variant can be changed by turning them (Stadium 9-2-9).

With the Item Editor you can easily switch between all variants of a block:
