Every server i join i just have the 'please wait' blocking me from playing.
I just keep stuck on that until i get automatically disconnected from the server because of not connecting.

Only happens with tm², and only since the 4.1 update.

Where are you from? Did you check out your firewall settings, your antivirus?

I'm from brazil, and that happened right after i switched my ISP aswell, but tm² is the only game affected.
Firewalls are disabled, no antiviruses, no clue how to fix.

Maybe messing with the network section on the launcher fixes it, but i tried switching it to other ports(obviously randomly because i have no idea of what i am actually doing) and it didn't work yet.

Meanwhile i found an temporery solution, i have to play with a vpn in order to be able to play online.
But i guess finding a way to fix it could be better for me.

I have the same issue, stuck on the 'please wait' screen every map change, and this happens whatever the server controler is ... My login is kezar and I'm from France if that can be smh useful.

If you wait long enough, does it eventually put you back in, or does it give you a timeout?

nope, sometimes it kicks me from the server, but most of the time i just get stucked and can't press escape nor skip map
