I've been having this issue with Canyon,Valley and Lagoon (Stadium doesn't have it),where the car would have low res textures of all sudden,is there any fix for this?

Normally it is all fine.
Please check your game configuration (the "Maniaplanetlauncher.exe"), see the advanced configuration, both video and game settings.
