Are this rules still up to date ? Because there no rules displayed on the Ladder Website

As far as I know, yes, the rules haven't changed.

Well, I have not heard anything, so I'm assuming the same rules apply

It's indeed quite misleading the rules aren't displayed anywhere on the site. And that they're not properly updated on the forum. I've updated the LP limit on my Stadium server as much as i could (so 80k LP atm), and the max players limit is obviously way over 16, even if to be fair i never saw more than 16 players on it /rip.
I'm also not sure on the fact all tracks are >= 30s. One or 2 may be a bit less.
