Why doesn't the game recognize my Xbox Elite Game Controller?

Does Windows recognize it? Is it visible in Dxdiag?

Maniaplanet uses DirectInput from DirectX, hence it should work autoatically.

Did you try to change the setting ingame and not just in the main menu?
