When I get it off of maniaplanet, where can I get its prelight?

Yeah, but WHERE from Maniapark? The Template doesn't have it and neither does the skin itself.

Actually not every skin and not every model has.
You will need to create it on your own.

If the skin has one, but it is inside a gbx because the modeller deserves some planets, you can take this skin in the painter, paint the car on plain white, apply the includes prelight once or a few times until it is sufficient, then save the skin as a new skin. It should be a zip, and then you can take the diffuse texture as prelight possibly.
I never tried it though.
