Recently i bought a server and added my own map.
I finished to map one of them 2 days ago and put it on the server but it doesnt want to play it, it's like the map is not there, but i can put it in the jukebox, it show the map is here on the server, etc ... But the server just skip it like the map isnt there.

Yes the shadow are calculated, the map is validated.
I used the mix mapping on those map, but not to much.
I tried with a test map with just a straight line, it work the server allow to play on it. ( Also tried with the map of the game it work aswell )
I send the map to someone to test on an other server it doesnt work.
I send a message to the support of the website that take care of the hosting, they take there time to respond so i'm comming here.

Can those maps be found on MX ? So I can add them to my server for testing.

You need the latest server version to add the new maps, check that with /version on your server and the serverversion should be the 17th of may.

No, 2019-05-17 is the latest.
As a server admin, always keep an eye on this forum, or the versions list.

Maps work fine on my @home server.
I used the newest server and pack files.

Thanks, but how do i update it ? The server is powered by NC1.EU and i have no clue how to uptade the server :/

You have to make a ticket at your host to update your server or find another host that does things faster .
(altough the last 4 updates were done in 3 days so its a bit hard to update a lot of servers 4 times in only 3 days)

Okay thanks, but i already paid the server for 3 months, and they seem's to be realy slow, i send a ticket 3 days ago and still no response.
Hope they do the update as quick as possible.
