Forum-Avatars gone for some users

For some reason, at the same time when the URLs broke, also some forum avatars disappeared, including mine. Not sure what happened.
In my settings it looks just fine tho.

I just had the same issue. I reuploaded the image and it worked again.

Yeah phpbb disabled remote avatar functinality due to
https://www.cvedetails.com/cve/CVE-2019-11767/
You can still upload it so
