Unable to open local server

Hi all,
I'd just like to mention that for a few months now, I'm unable to create a local server in the competition titlepack. I get
the following error.
If anyone knows how to go around this issue, I'd be really glad to be informed
All the best.

How are you trying to create the server? Did you add maps to the playlist? Which maps did you add?

Thanks for your answer
I create it using the dedicated button ingame. I added Pulsar (one of the latest TCS maps) to the maplist, in Rounds mode. I also tried creating this server online, to no avail. But both offline and online worked very well prior to February 2019.
Cheers

Here's a grlorious

paint montage to explain with more precision. I know of a few other people who have the exact same problem for months now, and it's actually really annoying because we're basically unable to train on a custom maplist, unless we own a VPS to host an online server. Also, this doesn't seem to happen with every map (I just tried with a zrt map, there was no problem).
Thanks for reading

I have the same error with dedicated (my post :
viewtopic.php?f=262&p=307921)
With dedicated you can use: maniaplanet://join#=LocalServerAdress:Port , it's works but is not practical.
I will wait for the answer too ^^

Is the map saved in a folder with any non alphanumeric characters ? Things like "éà îù#!€" ? If you take the same map but put it directly inside the Maps folder, does it work ?

Thanks for your participation. The path to the folder contains only alphanumerical characters. I tried putting the map directly in the same folder, same error occured.
NEVERTHELESS, you were kind of right because I tried renaming the map file "test.gbx" and it worked...
The mapname contained a weird character making everything crash:
It's a hebrew character, called "vav". I think hebrew alphabet causes trouble bcs there is a weird thing going on in Windows with languages written from right to left
Do you think this issue will be fixed in the next client update?
Thanks for the tip <3
