Hi, I have a new skin, and so I did the locator, (several skin creators validated my locator), it's a direct download link without any intervention like clicking a button. The locator is in the right place but yet it doesn't work, if someone could give me a reason or even a solution I'm listening.

What exactly isn't working? Do you not see the skin in-game? Does it not replicate in multiplayer? Does it maybe have too many verts to be replicated? a too large scale? Is there a typo in the loc or the skin file?

So I see the skin very well, but not the other ones in multiplayer, and in the model selection, I'm not told that the skin is too heavy or anything else. The loc file and the skin have exactly the same name

Do the other players have custom skins online enabled in their start settings? Did you try for a bit longer (reset to map start a few times, maybe wait 2 minutes on the map and try again)? What site are you using to host the file?

Yes the other players have activated the customize skins, I have already waited at least 20 minutes but it didn't work, I tried to use: Archive host, mediafire, Mega.nz and google drive but none of them work

Is this your own skin (created on your own, in the painter or with another tool)?

Actually, the whole skin stuff is ugly.

If you don't use a public skin available on a common website, you will need to upload it to a place which allows a direct download without redirection.
Then, on all the sides (yours and the other users) the firewalls and the port forwarding need to be setup properly, and the p2p needs to be enabled in the game as well, as already written above.
Many things need to be configured... otherwise it won't work.

My skin was created by a skin creator, I don't understand the rest of the message, all the other skin I tried works and the others see it but not our team skin

Check with your team and the skin creator...
