[MP4] Texture Quality Setting can break Lagoon signs

Most lagoon signs only display correctly with the Texture Quality Setting set to "High". On all lower settings, the signs are broken. Here is a comparison of all settings:

High:

After tinkering around with all settings, I think that the issue only depends on the Texture Quality Setting, but if you can't reproduce it with only this setting, here is the full list of settings I used for the screenshots:

looks like the mipmap is broken or not generated at all :?:

Thanks for looking into it Marc :thumbsup:

Initially I though that only the green left arrow was affected, but I investigated some more and found out that pretty much all signs can be broken :
Most signs display correctly when you place them down, but after the game is restarted they break (If TQ setting isn't high)
So I did place some more testing and was able to break every one of the 8 signs I tested. Here is another comparision of how the TQ setting influences the signs:
