Bug FPS

Yoh!
Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's not a driver problem or anything else, my computer is working very well on all other games (300fps on csgo etc), but only on shootmania i always got some spikes and dropping fps : from 300 to 180.
I tried to block the fps max, and then :
blocked at 150 : spikes to 80
blocked at 100 : spikes to 50
blocked at 60 : spikes to 20
Pls help me
My config :
GeForce GTX 670 / Core i7 8700 / 16gb ram
