I cant find my gold player tags. created on playerpage> player tag. wher did they go ? I lost my two gold tags for no reason?

Tags got reset with Maniaplanet 4 in 2017. If you received your tags before that, they are gone.

By the way what reason for resetting?
So i lost 15k planets i should receive my planets back then.

I'm not aware of the reasons unfortunately
